Cosy country inn

Cosy country inn with good kitchen and quiet rooms in the next house. Even wellness area available.
Price performance and service fit perfectly. Staff very friendly and cared for probably the guests.
Nice little place and wonderful surroundings. Who seeks rest is right here.

Leonfeldner-Hof - there is not to visit it again

Very good dinners, great soup. So much food that it was impossible to taste the dessert.
Unlike the morning staff, the evening was excellent - boys from the Czech Republic.
The advantage of accommodation in the adjacent building was that there was a sauna in it, which you could go directly to. A fifty-meter walk to eat was more comfortable than walking from the sauna across the street.
Stay from Thursday to Sunday: upon arrival, the otherwise helpful owner told us that they have a Ruhe Tag today and therefore no dinner (half board paid) – it was not included in the bill in the end.
The sauna did not work. After the repair of the sauna, it was already working.
The breakfast was rather poor, nothing hot, no fruit. Annoyed staff who didn't even clear the tables. Soon we ran out of pastries and ham - replenished only on request and reluctantly. On the last day, the coffee machine also broke.

impossible

We originally planned to book a room there. But when I asked the host if dogs were allowed, I was confronted with such a cheeky and rude tone that it was already bordering on insult. When I pointed out to him that you can also talk to each other politely, he actually just hung up. This accommodation I will definitely avoid, although I am often in Leonfelden. - so bad!

Bland food. Don't bother.

I've never eaten such bland food in my life. I ordered the vegan curry which was abysmal. It tasted like watered down coconut milk with a bit of turmeric for flavour. How they think that's a curry is beyond me. My daughter ate some beef. She said it was dry and overdone and didn't taste of anything.
I asked for a dessert with no cream. It arrived with cream and was grudgingly taken back to the kitchen after I said I I didn't want it.
No plant based milk options for coffee. Thank goodness I took my own with me.
I wasn't impressed at all.

Lovely staff, nice room,

As usual I liked this place and its staff again. Everything really uncomplicated.
Only thing that changed meanwhile, is the breakfast. I liked it a lot better when you received breakfast in the "Stube" right to your table in a basket with someone serving the coffee/tea and having a chat.
Now it is an anonymous buffet which does not offer a huge choice and takes place in the big function room in the back of the building.
Apart from that: I will be back :-)
