Unexpectedly fast and very

Also,
When I made a reservation, I had doubts! Not exactly binding, written on a note without asking my name, my personal reservation was noted! Oha..., what's going to happen?
There are then three of us for reservation....The Service was fast, not warm but binding friendly.
The Wiener Schnitzel was very delicious, Spätzle and fried potatoes fresh and we...fully satisfied. The salad from the buffet, you haven't had it in a long time...yummy.
Definitely come all here!!!!
The whole family cooks and serves here, keeps the barge running. My respect!
And... that Best, although I'm a tourist too, it's not overflowing. No tourist trap..the light is tapped well, has a perfect temperature.
Best regards and thanks to the family, the team. We will be back tomorrow!!

Recommended as a restaurant only conditionally

Wasn't there overnight but only at the restaurant. It has always been suspicious when the hot food is a few minutes after ordering . The schnitzel really didn't make a fresh impression. Was placed at the cat table, although other visitors were led into the dining room without reservation.

Disappointment

We used to be regular guests here. This year was our fifth visit in 10 years, but it will be our last. Once, we had to leave a week-long stay one day early for serious reasons. The owner charged us for the entire stay, including half board, which they did not actually provide the day before. I would have expected at least basic courtesy. At another hotel in the same location, when I once got tonsillitis, they waived the payment for the three days I had booked without any problems and even made sure that I and my child arrived home safely.
The hotel is constantly full of German-speaking clients; Czechs are apparently not valued. So we take note of that and thank you, we won't be coming back. Other places value Czech guests, so we'll choose one of those next time.

Friendly service, large rooms

A most delightful place to stay in Stubaital! Family Falbesoner helped us to feel welcome at all times. The rooms are large and clean- the rooms facing the Gletscher/Glacier have breath-taking views. The food in the restaurant is honest Austrian/Tyrolean cuisine. All in all, a hotel we would return!

1st Winter/ Skiing Holliday

Daughter took us skiing for the first time. Hotel service is brilliant after 1st day at breakfast staff knew we liked tea and had this ready for us it is a continental breakfast but they did have hot backon,scrambled eggs ,sausages and boiled eggs also. All staff very helpful. Evening meal OMG was Michelin star 4 course excellent ate everything. Hotel has sauna and stem room I did not use this as they also gave you a free pass to the sports complex next door which has a fantastic pool Pool is suitable for all family members has a child pool but we did not use this . Main pool has whirral pool - slide - jet sprays. It has a small sauna room which you were your costume and a steam room. On first night we went to the sauna which is separate from the pool only to be told we were over dressed When we went to the pool we found they had another sauna that you could were your costume. Hotel room was very clean same for whole hotel. All staff really friendly. We could see the ski slopes from our balcany. We were only about 5 min walk to ski hire shop and then about a 5 minute walk to the ski lift . Best holiday ever sorry I waited until I was 63 to try will be going back next year seanery absolutely beautiful wheather you ski or not hotel guests had own dining room as hotel has pizza restaurant
