Close to ski lifts, friendly family, high quality rooms

We loved our stay at Moroder Haus. Our flight was delayed which meant we didn't arrive until 23:30, but Karl greeted us warmly and helped with our bags and showed us round with a smile.
Moroder Haus is in a great location - a quiet street but only 10 mins (max) walk from the Penken lift and approx 15 mins from the Ahorn lift. Car parking onsite is handy. The wi-fi was excellent and beds were super comfy with lovely clean (high quality) sheets and duvet covers.
The outside of the building is pretty and the inside is stylishly decorated with original artwork and the rooms have a contemporary style and a very homely feel to them. The fairly standard kitchen was more than adequate and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge, freezer, coffee maker, microwave and a good range of pots and pans etc.
Shower was powerful and warm, there is a great boot room with heated boot rack. There is also a really nice games room with a pool table which the kids very much enjoyed. There is a swimming pool only a few mins walk away (with flumes!) and a Spar supermarket on the way to the Penken lift.
We really enjoyed our stay at Moroder Haus and would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay

We had a brilliant week staying in Moroder Haus. We loved how clean and new the building and room is. They provide crocs to be worn inside and the boot and ski room downstairs is fantastic with heated boots racks.
The room is warm and cosy. Brilliant hot showers and very comfy bed.
The guests are so lovely, Lucy was a fantastic host and really looked after us. Our souvenir was a lovely touch at the end too.
Very central location too which is great for the walk to the gondola each day.
Will definitely look at returning to here again next year!!!

Perfect accom for skiing!

The room was cozy with a high end finish. A short walk to the Main Street and the skibus stops just down the street but in a lovely quiet spot. The storage area for your gear in the basement was cool and especially appreciated the heated boot rack. The family who run the place are also super friendly and accommodating! Highly recommend a stay here.

The ideal location/comfort/price

So, if you are heading to Mayrhofen this place has a lot of advantages:
Location: you are in the miidle of the town...not too close to be disturbed by the noise and not too far to reach the bus, the lifts or the main artery.....2-3 minutes.
Rooms: cozy, warm, very friendly and decorated with love and passion
Hosts: great, welcoming and very helpful
Amenities: you have good quality wifi, parking and a nice common area to spend you evenings if you don't want to go out.
Shortly, I intend to come back in the summer and to stay in the same place.

Very nice

We stayed for 6 nights- a skiing trip. Good location, it is near the Main Street, ski bus stop, you can even walk to Penkenbahn and to Banhof. It is near enough but also far enough from the noise. Well equipped kitchen, clean, we had a mountain wiev. The owner offered us a spot in this garage. Wifi worked quite well.
