Stayed in a family room, it was lovely and clean and spacious. Hotel is well located, we could walk to the old town in less than 5 minutes. Really friendly staff. Breakfast was a lovely buffet. We were given a Welcome Card as we stayed for 4 nights and all transport was free so this was a bonus.

A very happy two night mini-stay at Hotel Mondschein
A very happy two night stay at this wonderful location with kind and professional staff. The bed and bedding was very good and made for an easy nights sleep. The room and bathroom were meticulously clean.

Beautiful room which I got because they upgraded me, yay! Good selection of vegan and gluten free options on breakfast.

Exceptional hospitality and a memorable stay!
We had a truly wonderful stay at Hotel Mondschein. From the reception, dining room, housekeeping, to the bar, every single staff member was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and attentive.
Special thanks go to Patrick at the front desk. When we consulted him about hiking courses, he went above and beyond. He carefully explained the features of each trail, checked the day's weather forecast for us, and even provided detailed local access instructions by writing notes directly on a map. His warm and professional guidance made our hiking experience unforgettable.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, the breakfast was exceptionally delicious, and the wonderful atmosphere throughout the hotel made us feel right at home. In addition, the hotel's location is extremely convenient as a base for exploring Innsbruck.
Thank you to all the team at Hotel Mondschein for making our trip so special. We would love to visit Innsbruck again just to stay at this hotel!

Great location right in the city center. Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, and everything was smooth and convenient. A great choice for staying in Innsbruck.
