Top recommendation for an excellent family-run hotel.

Fantastic family-run hotel, very quiet location, extremely friendly and warm staff. Food is excellent. Very nice courtyard, good public transport connections. Absolutely top-notch and therefore an unrestricted recommendation!

Perfect!

Best experience I've ever had! Very clean, very comfortable, very calm and very beautiful.
Food was delicious! Staff were friendly and helpful!
Next time in Bregenz, I definitely visit this amazing hotel to spend several days and nights there.

Great hotel! special praise to the very young breakfast lady (only a month here apparently). This one does its job incredibly well - we have rarely seen a staff so polite and attentive! Thanks for that. With best regards from Tyrol

Surprisingly good - excellent service

We were in transit and stayed only one night - and were surprised by the quality. Service, ambiance, performance (sauna included) all at a very high level.
Caution: the hotel is a bit off the center (half hour walk)

Unfortunately, the service has suffered greatly

We have been to this hotel several times and have always been incredibly satisfied.
As always, we sent a booking request, unfortunately this time it took us almost 24 hours to get a response (usual was so far a maximum of 1 hour).
We (my husband, who has been severely disabled since his stroke, and I) received a friendly response and booked immediately.
Unfortunately, about 20 hours later, the news came that the desired room was already fully booked at this time, as there was a disabled person who needed it!!!
Currently there are still rooms available in the slightly higher priced sector, but we have not been advised with a syllable! We would also have liked to pay the surcharge!
We would rather spend our holidays now and from now on elsewhere if returning guests are treated this way!
