Good business hotel close to the RPA Hospital

I was surprised when I asked reception if I could buy water on the premises, (it was 8.15) he said no we don’t have water, considering there is a restaurant thought maybe he could have given me a glass of water, …maybe bottled water in room or filtered water in reception could be considered, I would be happy to pay, it’s not like there was a convenience store close by.

Basic hotel, not good value for money.
Room is basic but functional, comfortable beds. We had to move from the first room we got as the shower would not drain properly.
There did not seem to be enough staff for the buffet breakfast, which was fairly simple. There were nice touches though like food being replenished in the last hour, perfectly boiled eggs, and freshly baked croissants. However, couldn’t find cold water.

Check in wasn't the best.... Because I booked through Hotel.com 3 other groups of guests have priority over us to get their rooms ...we were made to wait for over half an hour for our room
