From the start, the whole process was great, staff friendly and very helpful, room was clean, just a great experience

Very comfortable bed. Very quiet. The only (big) criticism was there was no hot water for the shower at 8am. Very disappointing.

Poor managerial efforts

Next time call the insurer who made the bookings don't blame me the user if they failed to book the correct dates

Thanks for your feedback. Perhaps next time you should confirm that the dates the insurer booked for you are what you required, instead of blaming the hotel for contacting you well after check out time on your booked and confirmed check out date, to try and figure out what was going on. There was nothing poor about management's efforts here and we didn't apportion any blame to you at all - when we finally got in contact with you, we agreed (with you) on a way forward that worked for everyone. To blame the team for your inability to stay on top of your itinerary, is a bit unfair.

A very welcomed and appreciated room upgrade.

I had been upgraded to the 4th floor room, which was so much more spacious and comfortable. The upgrade was very much appreciated. We will be returning in June for another stay. Thank You Glen

Superb value for money stay

The place is centrally located and with walking distance of malls, the metro line and amazing restaurants.
