Good amenities & sleep quality

Stayed here one night while travelling the Great Ocean Road (Melbourne to Adelaide). The hotel is a short walk (10 minutes) to local bars & restaurants. The rooms (Lounge/Kitchen, Bedroom & Bathroom) were clean and offered all the necessary amenities including produce to make your own breakfast & the bed comfortable. Overall a pleasant stay.

Charming stop at the governor's house:-)

This place is very beautiful, English style, in an old historic house. It’s beautiful. We made a very relaxing step there. Everything is quality. The place is located close to all (city center, promenade, beach). The breakfast to do yourself is very nice. Nothing is forgotten. A beautiful night and relaxing evening. Thanks to the hosts!

Absolute luxury & personal touches

The owners provide extra personal touches that make this an amazing stop over.
We loved the room and the quality finish evident throughout, they obviously cut no corners.
The bed was so comfortable and wished we had stopped here longer to appreciate the area as well

B&B very very particular.

It is a B&B in the first house built in Robe. Ours was an apartment consisting of a living room with fireplace and TV, two bedrooms, a super equipped kitchen and a bathroom. All furnished with antique furniture but well maintained. At guests' disposal was present, in the kitchen, everything necessary for breakfast. There is WiFi and Apple HomePod, as well as a laundry room and a nice lawn with gazebo and BBQ. In short, a great house.

The room was fine. Looked a bit dated but I think that is supposed to be part of the charm. The WiFi was fine and the free laundry is a nice touch. Good location. Only poss negatives is toilet bowl flush seemed a bit weak ie the water did not drain too well. The plumbing gurgled a bit. Generally all good.
