Beautiful new property

We were attending a wedding nearby and treated ourselves to a 3-night stay at this property! Our room was clean, spacious and the beds were super comfortable. The buffet breakfast each morning was varied and generous. The staff are great - friendly & willing to help. Just wanted to point out that Honey who worked the breakfast shift is an asset to your hotel - polite & professional, nothing was a problem!

Would stay here again.

First time I have stayed at this hotel and would be my preferred accommodation next visit to Penrith.
The staff were friendly, helpful and organized.
The welcome glass of wine on check in was perfect after a long day.
My room was very clean and the bed most comfortable, I was in a wheelchair accessible room which is spacious however the make up magnifying mirror a tad low as was the chair at the desk, minor issues really.
The bar was perfect for a quick dinner.

Exceptional stay!

Everything during my stay was exceptional. One of the best stays I have ever had. The team upon arrival gave a very friendly warm welcome at the front reception. The same warm welcome was shared each morning at the buffet breakfast which was also delightful, everything you needed. Room was stunning and was lucky enough to be given an upgrade.
Thank you team Pullman Penrith. Looking forward to coming back for another stay.

One of the best hotels in Penrith, if you want to chill, staycation, reset, it’s quiet, relaxing, Harry’s is right outside, sauna upstairs, Marcel’s Lamb is outstanding, there’s a whole range of Pastries and a pastry chef making fresh and well thought out items constantly. As I’m writing this there’s a robot vacuum in the hallways. So glad I found this place!

Comfortable and spacious.

An impressive building, very spacious and comfortable. The staff here are friendly, efficient and kind. The food is amazing.
I have enjoyed my stay and will be back!
