Requested earlier check-in..no problem, got my email teeing me which unit, key in door. Arrived...couldn't find the unit. Walked around , 10 minutes great views, finally found it. First impression: very basic. Toilet had skid marks! Spiderwebs on walls, cut finger on e exposed staple on front door. Counter tops sticky and dirty. Dust clumps on floor. Plugged the iron in, bit of a spark at power point. Ironed, left for party at a winery. Returning about 11.00pm. 12.01am received map to find Where to find unit! Bed...clean and comfortable. No lights on bedhead worked. Power point was frizzled! Could smell that it had burned through. Pulling curtain closed, it fell! Dust and cobwebs! Air-conditioning off. Could hear people from every other unit. Eventually, a comfortable sleep. Shower head fell off as the water was turned on. Struggled for 20 minutes to reconnect it. Really needs an overhaul. Fresh paint, and a good clean. Sadly dissapointed.

Great view and location. Unfortunately its not only quite rundown (TV and eifi didnt work) its also barely cleaned at all from previous people. At least there were clean sheets, thats the best i can say. Tolerable only for 2 nights.

Zombie apocalypse with a glass of Chardonnay. Visit if you dare…

Possibly abandoned since the 1960s. When we arrived a tumbleweed blew past. Visible DNA on the couch, no blue light needed. Took turns with the coffee cup while looking at the deck we couldn’t get to. Didn’t catch bedbugs but pretty sure we heard a zombie in the “Pamper House”. If you’re easily spooked, best to avoid. Send help.

The location of the resort was amazing and the views from the cottage is breathtaking. Also, the close proximity of the city centre and nearby attractions is an added advantage. However, the place itself was slightly worn down. We noticed that it wasnt thoroughly cleaned when we arrived. The sheets had been changed and that was pretty much it. We enjoyed our stay there; however a quick vaccum and mopping before would have been even nicer. Overall, it is budget friendly and in a perfect location.

Broken power point,could not tune tv ,screen door would not close on deck door,walls patched up not painted very tired property
