Very noisy hotel, small spaces

Disappointment
I would like to share with you my experience during my recent two-night stay at your establishment. Unfortunately, I have to say that it didn't live up to my expectations for several reasons.
First, the bathroom setup in my first room was extremely uncomfortable. The shower was above the toilet, and the water spilled everywhere, making it impossible to use the toilet without wearing shoes. This situation is not only uncomfortable but also dangerous.
When I expressed my dissatisfaction at reception, I was received in an unfriendly manner and was simply told that if I was not satisfied I could write a review on Google. I also asked to meet you!!!I finally got a room change, but the problem persists.
The next morning, in my new room, the situation was even worse. The shower was clogged, and the water ended up flooding not only the bathroom, but also the bedroom and main hallway. Despite the observation made by the cleaning staff and the maintenance department that the siphon was blocked. The reception continued to be unpleasant and once again suggested that I write a review on Google.
Mr. Director, it seems inconceivable to me that to communicate with you, your customers must go through Google. I think it is imperative to restore order within your team and review the quality of your establishment's facilities.
To conclude, the quality of my stay was far from satisfactory, and I can only give you a very negative rating.
