Tastefully furnished apartment with great service and Baltic Sea view

Easter holidays 2026 Apartment 9 Villa Beach view in Zingst
Excellent apartment equipment with Dyson vacuum cleaner, Jura coffee machine, three TVs and AEG quality electrical appliances. Frontal Baltic Sea view from kitchen, living room and balcony. 3 room apartment is spatially very nicely cut and extremely tasteful in the 2nd floor. OG set up. The interplay of colours, decoration and furnishings testifies to the very good taste of the landlady. The landlord showed a high customer orientation when he personally corrected a bathroom defect on Easter Monday (!!!). The landlords obviously care deeply about the well-being of the holiday guests. Price / performance fits and we felt in good hands all around. Thank you again.

Mega apartment with sea view and the best beds

Everything was great but the best thing I found was that I could sleep better than at home. We immediately asked where the box spring beds came from and now we can buy them for our home. Sea view from bed and super wellness area. We will come back.

Arrive and feel good

The apartment was very tastefully furnished. All the appliances worked perfectly. Everything was clean and there was a bottle of champagne to welcome us. There are four of us here plus a dog and there was plenty of space. My husband is in a wheelchair, so the shower was a bit too small for him. But otherwise it was a very nice time here.
If you fall over once, you're on the beach, you really can't get any closer.
The bathroom is not suitable for wheelchair users, but otherwise everything is barrier-free.
The baker was outside the door every day at 7:30 a.m. and we always had fresh pastries there.
We can definitely recommend the apartment.

Rip-off --- They are only interested in maximizing profits

We hadn't booked a final cleaning, so we had to clean it ourselves. A horrible sight awaited us. Hair in the bathroom, leftover food on the cyran field, old fruit in the fridge, everything sticky. At 5*, the guest cleans himself to a 5* star standard? Are they trained cleaners with all the cleaning equipment in their holiday luggage? In short, we are supposed to pay for the final cleaning of a completely filthy kitchen and bathroom of the previous tenants and then clean it ourselves at the end. I will take legal action against this agency, it is an unbelievable rip-off. 1.5 towels for 10 days??!!. Disgraceful. This agency has no interest in the guest feeling comfortable..!!

Hallo, wir haben überall ausgewiesen das wenn keine Endreinigung dazu gebucht wird, die Wohnung bei Anreise selbst gereinigt werden muss.

Very comfortable place to stay

Great place to stay. Only need to cross the dyke to reach the beach. Walking distance to sea bridge and city with lots of Restaurants. Clean, modern and very comfortable with big room. Fully equiped kitchen with fridge, microwave, oven and coffee maker. Separate common room to place bikes.
