The location is great - very close to Europa Park. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Nice room with AC.

Nice, clean and fresh hotel very close to Europa Park. Breakfast buffé is nice. We stayed as a family of 4 and were very comfortable.

Great experience. After a particularly bad check-in experience at a different hotel this couldn't of been any better. Friendly and helpful staff, nothing was too much trouble.
Hotel clean and in a great location for Europa with free bus included.
Would 100% recommend.

Cheaply built. Sound through the walls. Shower makes the entire bathroom wet. Bad bed cheap duvet and pillows.
It is clearly made as a money grab hotel with the lowest quality possible.

I absolutely loved staying here and so did my children. It was a quiet town very friendly people. The staff was amazing. We met three different staff members one on arrival one during the stay and one on departure and they each treated us amazing. We also got early check-in and we got an extended checkout the restaurant Felix a part of the hotel was also amazing. The rooms were clean. The water was hot and nice. The environment was safe and it was commute friendly as well we definitely look forward to staying there again on another trip back to rust Germany and it is centrally located to get to the Rulantica park and the Europa Park. Great restaurants in the area. There are a lot of supermarkets and majority of the places are walking distance.
