We picked this hotel specifically for it's parking option along with location. Upon checking in, we were told the car won't fit into the parking garage and to go park at one of the public places. Um ok, except we're clearly not from the area, could we get a little more guidance?! Not a good start. Then we get up to the room and the TV won't turn on (it's like there was no power to it), the fridge didn't keep any drinks cold, then the hair dryer didn't work either. Luckily , we were only staying 1 night to enjoy Oktoberfest but we definitely would not choose this hotel again, nor recommend it to others.

The hotel was conveniently located. Even though it's in a busy area, the hotel itself is not too loud, and being adult-only is excellent. It felt very calm. The room was nice, clean, and well-maintained.

Very good with weaknesses in cleanliness

Beautifully renovated hotel with very comfortable amenities and an extremely generous and varied breakfast buffet. The room lacks nothing. Friendly service. Location is not nice, but convenient and quiet, especially the rooms facing the inner courtyard.
Unfortunately, there are weaknesses in cleanliness. The room had apparently not been occupied for a long time and was heavily dusty in places, the water in the toilet was stagnant and discolored. Heavily calcified shower heads. Signs of decay at the drain in the minibar. Floor in the buffet area sticky.

Good location, helpful staff, and a comfortable stay

The hotel is clean, at good lication and the air conditioning works great. Having two elevators was very convenient, and we loved the lobby machine that provided fresh sparkling water day and night.
All of the staff were genuinely nice and helpful. When our airline delayed our luggage (which was supposed to be delivered to Hotel Marc), the staff went out of their way to share their experience and tips on how other guests handled similar issues, which was immensely helpful. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Munich!
