Good hotel

Very good hotel. Cozy beds, clean. Not far from the highway and good connection to the city center.
Breakfast is consistent with a 4-star hotel.

Hotel was nice. There was a couple of items the hotel is not fully transparent about that really impacted our travel. One, they say they have onsite laundry. That is not correct, they will take your laundry to get it cleaned, and it is crazy expensive. Also, they will not do laundry on the weekends. We expected to do our own laundry on site, which is not what they offer and advertise. I wouldn't have stayed here knowing that. Also, they claim to have "family" rooms. Our receipt even showed a "Family room x1 room". They also do not have a "family room". We were instead given two separate rooms. They didn't seem to care one bit, and kind of chuckled about it. This was not really acceptable, as we were on a family vacation, and we had to separate to make it happen. They also didn't tell us this at check in. We went to the room, then had to go back down to get new rooms assigned so we could get that second room and it being next door. They also were arguing with another couple about their room at the front counter and whatever issue they were having. It was taking 3 or 4 of their staff, and we had to stand there and wait while they tended to them, before we could get our room.

Fantastic hotel, great location!

An excellent overall work of art with attention to detail.
As an internationally traveling guest with many years of experience in the global 4- and 5-star hotel industry, my expectations for service, cuisine, and comfort are set quite high. The Hyperion Hotel in Munich not only met these expectations but exceeded them in many ways. It presents itself as a completely coherent overall project that impresses with professionalism and love for detail.
Cuisine: A benchmark in the hotel breakfast sector.
While many establishments in the upscale category are increasingly cutting back on breakfast quality, the Hyperion sets a clear standard here. The buffet is of exceptional selection and uncompromising quality:
Freshness & Craftsmanship: The live cooking station offers perfectly prepared, fresh omelets according to individual preferences.
Product Quality: The selection of the finest ham specialties and exquisite ingredients leaves nothing to be desired.
Excellent room service: A special privilege is the option to enjoy this rich offering in the room without any loss of quality – for guests who value peace and privacy, it is an invaluable added value.
Design & comfort: Technological modernity and aesthetics
The room design follows an ultra-modern, aesthetically demanding design concept. The integration of state-of-the-art room technology is intuitive and barrier-free. Particularly noteworthy are the impeccable maintenance, absolute cleanliness, and excellent condition of the premises.
Service: Professionalism with heart
The interaction with the staff was characterized at all times by a pleasant balance of warm approachability, proactive attentiveness, and absolute professionalism. Here, a team operates that understands its craft and places the guest at the center.
Conclusion
The Hyperion Munich is a prime example of how modern hospitality should be executed in the premium segment. An unreservedly recommended establishment for discerning travelers.
