Robinson Fleesensee; worth a trip at any time of the year ☀️
I had a thoroughly successful stay. The hotel was very clean, the rooms comfortable, and the entire staff always friendly and attentive. I was particularly excited about the varied evening program. The shows were professional, entertaining, and a real highlight every evening. Thus, the vacation was never boring even after dinner. Many thanks to the entire team – I would be very happy to return and can wholeheartedly recommend the hotel!

A week with many people and a lowered standard, with cuisine that was not always well-seasoned.
Dear Robinson team.
We have been loyal Robinson guests for years (since the beginning of the 90s) and have visited many different clubs (including those that no longer exist) during that time.
We were also guests at Fleesensee in the early 2000s, among other times. Since we have preferred individual vacations in recent years, we booked with you once again. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with some points. Too many people, especially in the dining room with endless lines at the buffet. Uncontrolled children who were playing with their food. Dinner time 7:30 PM is too late. Lots of children in general (club profile gives 5 stars for couples and 3 stars with children). Declined service (e.g., paying for an earlier arrival (if the room is ready, that's fine, if not, that's also fine)). Table reservation only by ordering a bottle of wine in advance. There is more to list. We are not used to this from 4-5 star establishments. Some employees did not greet us. Club language English??? Oh well!!!
For international clubs, okay.... The app only worked to a limited extent. Network or server too weak in the back area. I don't want to say that we won't take another Robinson vacation, but we didn't like Fleesensee overall in terms of the total impression.

Overall, a successful family vacation.
An all-around successful vacation. We really enjoyed the entertainment during the day as well as in the evening. There was something for everyone. The children were completely satisfied and made friends immediately. Our daughter could hardly be pulled away from the kids' club. She especially took a liking to "Aura." The activities related to the children's program were age-appropriate, and individual attention was given to the children.
Everyone enjoyed the food, and it was always of good quality.
The only issue was the communication regarding water sports, which was somewhat poorly handled. One should know that you should always call ahead before making the trip to the lake. It is possible that no one is there at that time.

overall its a great resort, but nothing like the Robinson clubs we have experienced in in other counries. Staff often tried, but were a bit unprofessional/not well trained and not very kind especially at the buffett. Simple things like a bottle of water at the kids table seemed too much. Plastic silver wear for kids were almost all broken. Dinner times fpr adults are with 19:30 just extremely late. When you are with kids you are pretty much forced to eat the kids dinner time eating nudels, chicken mc nuggests and fries every day as the kids wont make it up so late. with a super high room rate we felt fairly frustrated.

- Food is dirty (salad is not washed for example)
- Food for kids are mainly fried
- Vegetables are frozen ones
- Adult dinner starts at 7.30pm, very late if you have small kids to put to sleep.
- dresscode not adhered to, no dinner! It happens to my husband as he was wearing an appropriate short. We were on holidays in summer, what do they expect?
- staff is overwhelmed cause understaffed so service is not that good
