Solid

Solid hotel as you are used to from the group the staff is friendly. What's a bit bothering it's close to the tracks my room was quiet though. If you like me only one night there is optimal also because of the proximity to the train station

A great choice while staying in Berlin

To be completely honest, I have never been a fan of the Moxy brand. As a Marriott Bonvoy Titanium Elite member, I usually find their Elite benefits to be incredibly limited—often just a small points bonus or a minimal credit, with none of the lounge access or guaranteed breakfast perks I’m used to at other properties.
However, my recent stay at the Moxy Berlin Ostbahnhof completely changed my perspective.
This property is a total standout and defies the typical "limited benefit" experience I’ve come to expect from the brand. First, the location is unbeatable—perfectly central and just a quick trip from Alexanderplatz, making it an ideal base for exploring the city.
The hotel itself was fantastic; the rooms were surprisingly spacious, beautifully designed, and felt fresh and modern. But what really sealed the deal was the service. When I checked in, the manager personally acknowledged my Titanium status and went out of their way to provide complimentary daily breakfast for us. It was a gesture that went above and beyond brand standards, and frankly, it’s something I have never been offered at any other Moxy I’ve visited.
If you are a loyal Marriott traveler who usually avoids Moxy for status reasons, this Berlin location is the exception that proves the rule. They truly know how to take care of their elite guests. 100% recommended for anyone heading to Berlin!

Was very satisfied from the first minute of the check-in. Very nice and friendly staff. Receptionist Fernanda from Argentina took special care of my stay (as well as her colleague). She was able to handle all sorts of requests related and not related to the booking reservation. In the future if there will be chance to come back. I'll definitely back to this hotel. All the staff was cooperating professional and smooth!

We liked this hotel very much, especially the kind and flexible staff, a nice lobby/bar, and a convenient location. But if you book more than one room, do it separately to avoid possible extra hassle.

Nice hotel, nice staff

Super cute staff, lovely rooms, good location. Excellent ala carte card, though small selection. We would love to come back :)
