An outstanding and truly exceptional experience!
From the very first moment, everything exceeded expectations. The hotel stands out for its impeccable cleanliness, elegant atmosphere, and absolute comfort.
The food was exceptional in every sense — fresh, flavorful, beautifully presented, and of outstanding quality. Every meal was a real pleasure.
What truly makes this hotel special is the remarkable level of service. The staff were consistently warm, attentive, highly professional, and genuinely caring, creating a welcoming and refined environment.
A very special thank you to Ms. Mina and Mr. Hussein, whose dedication, kindness, and professionalism made the stay unforgettable. Their attention to detail and sincere hospitality truly elevate the entire experience.

Cold welcome

The hotel is not like a castle. Cold room. I asked for extra heating but refused. Very expensive meals for the region and Morocco in general.

Average, only reccomend the rooms

The place in itself is beautiful inside and the rooms spacious and well decorated in a clean style. However the food was highly unsatisfactory, we ordered a couscous for lunch which came cold, soggy and we weren’t even given a plate to eat with, only spoons and the serving dish. Staff was kind but not very attentive or accomodating.

Out of time, calm

Very nice amazigh house in a timeless place, very nice spacious room, heated by electric heating during our visit. Dinner was served to us in a beautiful room on a very well laid table by mr. Houcine, taciturn but benevolent. I recommend dining on site. Very clean.
