I have been a customer for a long time in several cities in Mexico, this is the first time they left me in the lobby until it was time to check in, but I saw that other people arrived and were given rooms instantly.
I understand we had four rooms, but we only needed one to change clothes, with people with disabilities.
The rooms were perfect, as always.
The lobby needs more attention at midday

Nothing out of the ordinary

Breakfast was exactly the same every day, with no variety or new options, which is disappointing for stays of several days.
It is also mentioned that the hotel has a smoking area; however, this is not true, as at all times I was instructed to go outside to smoke.
On the other hand, I decided to pay a higher rate compared to other hotels because they offered gym. However, throughout my stay this remained out of service under the “remodeling” argument, but no work or improvement was ever observed in the area.
Additionally, an extremely serious situation occurred: another guest was able to enter my room due to being handed a key corresponding to my room, despite not being his. This represents a major flaw in security protocols and raises serious concerns.
In general, the experience did not meet the expectations generated at the time of booking.

Was forced to accept a handicap room or take room with dual beds.
The handicap room has no shower door which made puddles of water in the bathroom everyday.
The bed was a lowered bed.
No hot water.
Ruined our romantic stay.
No bueno.

The hotel was good overall, the food was terrible, though. Tomato sauce tasted like processed and food options are not good. Don't think I'll go back.

The room looked nothing like it did online, everything was old and not well taken care of. The beds were horrible to sleep and I woke up with a sore back. We will definitely not return to this hotel
