Buenas ecocabañas muy cerca de Calakmul.

Ecocabañas bonitas, con camas cómodas y estacionamiento. No tienen un restaurante como tal, sino una cocina donde los empleados del hotel te preparan algún platillo muy casero, eso sí, la comida muy rica y los empleados super serviciales y amables!
En general es buen hotel y me volvería a hospedar, mi única queja es que el hotel decía tener wi-fi, pero no funcionaba y que salían un poco de malos olores por las tuberías del baño así como en una zona del hotel.

Lousy service bad rooms

Lousy service rooms stinky to humidity.. the fans do not serve.all the room dusty and without anything of security against bugs.. there were flying cockroaches .lizards and as they had already fumigated.. no hot water and in other rooms without water in the shower.. the shower is only a tube No wifi much less a screen and no air conditioning not even a bottle of water nor coffee or glasses. The towels we were given were still wet there is no dining service.. the person who attended us did it unwillingly.. in total disgustingsi
Give everything.. don't be fooled like us who already arrived at about 11:30 pm and no longer with options to look for a better place and the charges only and only are cash and very expensive for what they offer so a bad rating for these supposed filthy cabins

Not to be repeated!

To avoid. No comfort: completely out of order bedding, cement floor, leaf roof and openwork so butterflies, lizards, ants... enter. Expensive for what it is (X$1100). Not made for the European city dweller that I am. The only advantage is the proximity to the entrance to Calakmul but in hindsight I would have preferred to do the route early in the morning

A FUIR!!

Avions réservé 6 mois avant notre venue envoyé confirmation un peu avant et la veille de notre venue, nous avons été reçu non par le propriétaire mais par une autre personne qui n attendait qu une chose c est qu on le paye ! Les 2 Chambres louées n avaient pas d électricité! pas se dîner alors que nous l avions réservé et encore moins de petit déjeuner !Bien entendu sans un mot d explication !je déconseille fortement !

PÉSIMO SERVICIO... no respetaron la reservación.

Reservé y pagué con más de dos meses de anticipación una cabaña para cuatro personas. El día que iba a llegar me escribieron para confirmar la hora en la que llegaría, les comenté que sería alrededor de las 7pm y me confirmaron que no había problema. Llegamos alrededor de las 6:30pm y la persona que nos recibió nos dijo que ya estaban llenos y que nos mandarían a otro lugar y que además no tenía registro del pago (eso se aclaró después y no nos hicieron ningún cargo adicional).
Le marqué a la persona con la que hice la reservación y no me contestó (aunque aparecía en línea), después me envió un mensaje preguntándome si había algún problema, le expliqué la situación y no me respondió el mensaje, le llamé nuevamente y no me contestó (obviamente sabía lo que había hecho y no quiso confrontarme). La persona que nos recibió me dijo que es común que eso les pase ya que el dueño sobrevende los lugares (resultó ser de la CDMX).
Al final no nos quedó otra más que ir a donde nos dijeron llamado "Cabañas Calakmul" en donde ya no nos cobraron nada y el señor Emiliano Torres no atendió muy bien e incluso nos recomendó un guía para Calakmul que también fue muy bueno (Andrés).
Conclusión, les recomiendo ir directamente a las "Cabañas Calakmul" y no arriesgarse con este lugar.
