Staff so friendly

We did 4 nights here had a stander room no balcony we were right in front of the bar were everyone was complaining about the noice once you close the windows the noise is fine rooms bit dated and small but very very clean we only stayed 4 nights and got bed sheet change , the staff at front dark so helpful and friendly the breakfast was nice the location is fantastic I would definitely stay here again

The hotel location is good for some and bad for others. Noisy but very central.

Our second stay here. The room was a deluxe. Nice enough but no balcony which was a shame. Great air conditioning. Great breakfast. Very very noisy from the local bars which I accept isn’t really a fault attributed to the hotel, but it will stop my wife and I staying there again.

Bad service for cyclists

The hotel itself was fine; the problem was that at the entrance there was a sign that said they were "bicycle-friendly," meaning they were supposed to be aware that cyclists get up early to do their routes, and we assumed that at least for them, there would be an earlier breakfast service. But no. They only allowed my father and a friend of his one croissant, and when they asked for a coffee, they were told rudely that they could not have one. That is a great risk, since they could have fainted on the route due to a lack of food and also the heat that it was. Whether they are cyclists or not, they have paid the same as everyone else, and I did not like that they treated my father that way.

Good budget choice

We stayed for 5 nights , it is in a good location, we had a room with a terrace but didn’t really use it . It is noisy if you have the doors open as you are on a roundabout but that said we weren’t really disturbed. Rooms are on the small side but were cleaned well every day . The staff are great ! My necklace fell down the plug of the sink and they were so helpful in retrieving it for me and always a hello on our return to the hotel. We chose to have our breakfast at the sister hotel capri on the front each day , a good basic breakfast. This was a good choice for us on a budget and we would stay again but probably not bother with a terrace.

Good location and staff - everything else awful

This hotel is in a beautiful location situated right on the water front of the marina and promenade with really friendly well spoken staff.
But here’s the problem , the beds are extremely uncomfortable and have no offering of regular duvets and I thought I was sleeping in a napkin every night .
IT IS EXTREMELY NOISY which whilst the location is amazing it don’t bode well with loud cars and noise till 2/3am
And the air-con unit is absolutely filthy with visible mould spores around the unit and in the intake which has let to illness for me.
