The property is in a prime location, just a short walk to the walking streets of Old Town and the incredible Sea Organ. Such a great spot! The exterior of the building is pretty plain but the interior is beautiful. I love the exposed brick wall and large tub in our room. Our check-in was rocky —when I contacted the landlord, she didn’t have my reservation. She called back 5 minutes later and had tracked it down. A couple of my earlier messages asking about parking went unanswered, but I eventually got the answer I needed. More clarity on parking options would’ve been helpful. It wasn’t clear that I could park for a couple of days on the streets, as long as I paid at the meter. I thought it was short-term parking. Overall, despite a couple of hiccups, we enjoyed our time there immensely.

Zadera is not a hotel. This information does not appear on the booking.com website at the time of booking, which reveals bad faith of the owner or the platform. They're four bedrooms in a common building that even the taxi driver didn't know. The plaque that identifies the site is tiny. We arrived on a very cold and rainy day and our name was not on our guest list. The faxman, who was there at the time, fortunately, answered the interphone when he was contacted by the taxi driver (in Croatian, of course). Interphone this which is on the exterior wall of the building, not prominent. The faxman made us wait in the rain while trying to locate the manager to authorize our entry.
As it is not a hotel, the place does not have cleaning, housekeeping, towel change and garbage removal services. In the three days we stayed there, the faxmaker appeared only once, because the bathroom flooded, turned into a pool and the water invaded the room. My husband found out that the rally was blocked by a hair dirt. I mean, that box hasn't seen cleaning in a long time. On the second day, the water did not heat up and we had to take a cold bath. The room I booked, "deluxe with view", overlooks a street with no attractive. The deluxe room also means drilled bath towels. I sent emails via booking.com to manager Anne Dobiey and she told me to find another place to stay. By DDI, the manager serves in Germany and is not even available or interested in solving problems at the establishment, in addition to being rigid with guests deceived by bad advertising. I wanted to pay cash and not use the card, and not even that she had the kindness to solve. After all, this Zadera was a bad choice and even worse experience in the beautiful city of Zadar.

A good location on the edge of the old town and close to the attractions the "sea organ" and "greeting to the sun".
The accommodation is secure and very clean and being on the edge of the old town is accessible by an uber or taxi.

Very beautiful clean room, lady answered our texts and questions quickly, shared kitchen had everything you could ever want in it, I think the pillows might need an upgrade but over all was an amazing place 100% recommend❤️

Really a wonderful suite, handy to have a kitchenette down the hall for coffee and refrigerator use. Easy check in and great walkable area in old Towne. Parking a bit tricky, but put faith in paying the meter for proper zone and all is good-
