Terrible!!!
Terrible! I would not recommend this pension to anyone. Located on a hillock (Huioba Valley, Neptun Street) with a medium-sized stony street with a large incline (complicated if you do not have an off-road car) We made the reservation on Booking.com, somewhat vain because the price and type of the room was different. We stayed for about an hour until we were able to enter the room (not because of us) during which the lady who hosted us offered us two coffees and a water (then we had to pay the treatment: D 15 lei). I got room 11: the small room with old furniture, located just above the terrace where one could hear the loud music until 23.00 (it was heard even with the windows closed, just as hot as dying). The bathroom was horror, the shower was connected to the sink, Clogged and disgusting drainage and warm water after 15 minutes of waiting. I had two guests but I just photographed one as you can see in picture. How about the pension: the gym consists of some doubtful appliances, the pool I did not even want to approach. The lady, who was very kind gave us coffee as we wait (and with the smile on our lips she asked us for the money after we finished it ). We were asked to pay for the dog fee of 30 lei after 6-7 hours after we accepted and paid the money for accommodation (smiling asked us to pay for otherwise it will be given out). She also asked us to come and serve breakfast, after seeing how she cooked I refused: D. In conclusion, the house of Lorena is a three star guesthouse (bought as no merit in any case), with cockroaches and old furniture, it is noisy, ok coffee but I would not risk to eat something else( great prices ... better ask for the prices from beginning, difficult access, hidden fees, very expensive for what is offered.

Dirty and not the price deserved
found cockroaches in the bathroom. they charged me way more because of the euro ron change. Louzy host and a crappy house for about 40 euros per night its way to much! would not recommend plus the location is on a high steep that might ruin your car because the path is full with chuncky rocks!

Never again
Very poor conditions. Spartan rooms, very cold in the winter. Bad plumbing in the bathrooms. Crazy and very unprofessional owner. And this are just a few of the reasons why we are never going there again and we advise you to do the same, in spite the low rates (there is a very good reason for this- in the end the rate is a lot bigger than it deservers).
