Great, clean, kind place close to the old city

The is a very clean, fresh and nice hotel with a great location. I found the staff very friendly and helpful and loved my little room which felt very cosy, clean and refurbished. It is clear that the place is run with care and it creates a very good fleeing for the guests.
It anything negative, just to say somethingl, the water-pressure in the sink was a just little bit low—but hey, it is the old town, so what to expect, no problem what so ever for me. Everything else was so fantastic. I'd love to come back!

Terrible service

I booked a room in this hotel for one night because the bus was supposed to arrive in the evening and the flight wasn't until the morning. I didn't need any beyond comfort, shower and bed were enough. Since check-in was supposed to be after 9 p.m., the website instructed me to contact the hotel for perhaps some special instructions, which I did. I got a reply to read the previous email. The previous email included the reservation number, pin and address of the establishment. The bus arrived late in Vilnius, at 3 a.m., and I and my child dreamed of sleeping for at least a few hours. When I arrived at the hotel, it turned out I had no information, no code for the front door, no room number, no lock box code. The girl who rented the room there and was luckier than me was very kind to us and let us into the lobby. There, I tried calling and signing up with someone from the administration, but to no avail. My kid was sitting on his bags, wondering why we couldn't go to bed and where she should go to the bathroom. I sent them some emails, but so far, and it's been three days, I haven't received a response from them, not a word of apology. Eventually, I called booking, and they told me, I'm sorry. And at 5:00 a.m., I had to leave for the airport to sleep in the seats with my daughter. The worst service I've ever seen anywhere in my life. I don't advise anyone!

AVOID - RUDE CONCIERGE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hands down one of the worst hotels that have ever existed. The staff is incredibly rude and they lie about their guests if you book from a third party. We came to check in and no one was present at the hotel so they marked us as a no show!! The concierge also swore at my mother the next day who was very distressed and could not handle being there so she left. They marked both bookings as a no show which is a lie as well as them taking our money and not giving us a refund. Booking.com also believed the hotels lies and refused to compensate us after everyone was poorly treated by the staff there. Do NOT go to this hotel as their customer service was beyond awful, I hope they close down as well as it looked dingy and unclean.

Nice place near Old Town

Nice and very clean budget hotel near Old Town . We had a good stay :) Room was basic , spacious but very clean . Bathroom a bit strange but also clean . The room & bathroom already needs some re-design and renovation . Great & friendly personnel. Local Kavine round the corner. Thanks for a good stay

Nice warm and comfortable rooms

Great location; nice, warm and comfortable rooms. Spacious bathroom. Friendly staff with easy self-late-check-in option. Very good for the price we paid.. value for money indeed. We had a very good time. Definitely recommended.
