Never again!!! Unacceptable

Unacceptable wonder why the booking com. He had it with 9 ratings. I paid for breakfast that I didn 't eat , there was no hot water , I booked a tour supposedly with them and it was a blatant scam . Not a hotel .. is an apartment on the fifth floor with 3-4 rooms. I was never explained how to use the elevator resulting in the first night I risk staying out . There was no garbage basket or a glass of water and the refrigerator was rusted and yellow from use . I don 't think they 're bad people those who have it just are irrelevant and don 't care about the customer but the money .
