The staff was all very friendly and helpful. It is in a good location that is a quick walk to the Metro and central station, as well as Tivoli and the Tivoli Food Hall. We had booked the family room which had 4 beds, a double bed and two twin Murphy style beds. We had three adults and it worked fine for us but I think 4 adults with luggage would be a tight fit. We kept one of the beds folded up and stored our luggage in front of it. When we arrived. the elevator was out of service so every time we had to be let in the service door to use the service elevator which was inconvenient. We had to use the elevator because we had so much luggage and our mom cannot do several flights of stairs. Breakfast was included and it was great- the waffles were amazing.

Single night stay close to railway station

Decent room, nothing fancy but quite spacious and clean. We had a small balcony but no furniture for sitting. Our room was situated directly out towards the railway, so there were some noise from there but it didn't bother us too much.
There are some activities in the public area as well as a swimming pool but we didn't use any of it since we only were there for a single night.
Breakfast is located at a restaurant directly across from the reception, good value for money and a nice selection of food and beverages.

This is a relatively basic hotel but well positioned to enjoy much of the city on foot or bike, clean, well maintained and helpful, friendly staff.

Warm, bea location

Location is very good. Short distance to the train station and Metro. A stone’s throw away from several cosy dining venues.
The lobby was nice and family friendly. Many games, table tennis etc. Access on cold water,with and without bubbles in the lobby area was very good.
Employees did not understand Norwegian, so we had to speak English.
There should be tea bags and coffee in the lobby area to bring up to the kettle in the room, it was always empty for coffee...
The room, 2+1, was fine. Good cleaning, hard mattresses. Great bath!
Very quiet and quiet area.
Breakfast. Absolutely nothing one writes home about, reminds little about "hotel breakfast"... But you're getting full. They have the most necessary. Can stay here again!

If you want to stay in a sauna - then this is the hotel for you.

We happened to come to the hotel during some of the hottest days of the summer and discovered that despite the hotel decaying quite new, AC is missing. After trying to get help at the reception, with promised service technicians (as it later turned out was not available in the evening and apparently not during the day either because we saw no trace of any such during our stay) we stayed in rooms where the temperature fluctuated between 24 and 27 degrees during the three-day stay. All the fans were on loan so the service was lousy. The helpfulness of the staff varied, several were helpful and tried to help, among other things, by trying to change the ventilation in the room, while others were downright snooty, bordering on unpleasant.
