The hotel has a great location—easy to find and conveniently accessible to everything. It’s close to shops, restaurants, and other amenities, making it very convenient for getting around. And of course, a truly memorable stay also comes down to how guests are treated. A little compassion, acknowledgment, and willingness to accommodate can make all the difference. After all, great customer service leaves an impression too. At first, I honestly thought the room might have been a smoking room because of the smell. I later noticed the note indicating that it was a non-smoking room. The carpet upon entering could also use some attention. It looks quite dated and worn, which takes away a bit from the first impression of the hotel. Of course, it’s difficult to know whether a previous guest may have smoked in the room despite the policy, but the lingering smell was noticeable and affected the overall impression.

We only had two issues, there were no assist bars in the shower and there were a bunch of yahoos in the McDonalds' parking lot (located right next to the hotel) revving their truck engines and having a good time at the expense of our peace and quiet. Shopping was very convenient. The restaurant is just off the lobby and the food was good and plentiful.

Place was tidy and actually pretty good despite of it having an impression if being an old building.. I was surprised how spacious the room that i got considering i paid minimally. It was complete except that there was no complimentary slippers lol.

Disappointed that there was no notice about the hot tub not working, as it’s clearly been out for some time and I booked specifically wanting to use it. I even asked at the front desk during check in if everything was working and she said yes…. Strong smell of cigarettes in the stairwells and hallways. Room however was decently clean and smoke free, just a bit older, carpets and curtains could definitely be replaced. Overall, good for the price! Best price I could find for a room like that and a pool for my daughter & her friend to have a fun little staycation.

We had booked a non smoking room, but the room smelt like smoke because it was positioned next to two smoking rooms with people smoking outside.
Hotel staff downgraded us to a different room but were not able to give any lower pricing.
Note that the hotel is more of a motel as well.
