Pousada dos Sonhos ou Pousada dos Pesadelos?
I booked directly on their website and paid for a cabana advertised as “Ocean View.” When I arrived, the “ocean view” was actually a direct view of the public restrooms. The ocean could only be seen through a tiny side window, maybe a few inches wide. Calling that an ocean view is completely misleading.
When I complained at check-in, the staff member was rude and dismissive. I was told the only way to get an actual ocean-view cabana would be to wait until Tuesday and pay again, even though I had already paid for an ocean-view accommodation.
It felt like they were trying to charge me twice for the same thing.
The situation became even more absurd when my sister came to sit with me for a short time. The hotel kept sending me multiple text messages demanding that she pay a fee just to sit there with me, as if I were trying to sneak someone into the property.
On top of that, they nickel-and-dime guests for absolutely everything. Even the coffee pods in the room are charged separately. It feels less like hospitality and more like a constant attempt to extract money from guests.
I paid a lot of money expecting a relaxing stay in Jurerê, and instead it felt like being misled and constantly pressured for additional charges.
Between the false “ocean view” advertising, the unprofessional staff, and the constant extra charges, this place left a very bad impression.
I strongly recommend that travelers think twice before booking here.

Price quality not according. Overrated.
In relation to what is offered, the price-quality ratio is not in line. I would not recommend it for a long stay; it could be an option only for a few days if you are looking to be beachfront. The most rescueable thing about the hotel is its good location.
